BAYTREE INTERACTIVE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. is fully committed to safeguarding and meeting users' expectations regarding privacy ("User(s)", "your" or "your"). WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect two types of information from users:
- Personal Information
The first type of information is information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual effort ("Personal Information"). This personal information may consist of the following:
- Registration Data: When you open an account and register to use the Services, you will be asked for certain personal information, such as: first and last name, email address, gender, date of birth, home address, government ID, phone number, occupation, etc.
- Official ID: In certain instances, you may be asked for your official ID, to verify your identity. Please note that this information is required for certain features of our Services.
- Payment Information: In order for you to enjoy all the features of the Services (e.g. betting, making deposits, participating in tournaments, etc.), payment information will be required, as well as your credit card number and bank details.

- Information We Collect From Third Parties: We collect Personal Information from vendors or third parties, as well as information about your credit history from bureaus or other financial information that is relevant to the provision of the Services, and information that is necessary to verify your identity or prevent fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Non-personal information
The second type of information we collect is de-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to the user(s), which may be available or gathered through the User's use of the Services ("Non-Personal Information").
The non-personal information that is collected consists of technical and aggregate usage information, and may contain, among other things, the user's operating system, browser type, screen resolution, keyboard and browser language, the user's click-stream and activity on the Services, the length of time the user visited the Services, etc.

MARKETING

We may also share and disclose Personal Information with our Marketing Affiliates for the purpose of providing you with various offers, which we, or our Affiliates, believe are relevant to you. You can update your marketing preferences at any time through Customer Service (during customer service hours). When you choose to download the Software in accordance with our Services, a notification of the software may also be downloaded to your device. This allows us to send notifications about our Services directly to your device, such as new features, updates, service communications, offers, and promotions.
By downloading such Software, you are consenting to receive notifications. If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you will need to manually uninstall the notification software from your device (e.g. by selecting the "what is this" link and then selecting the "how to remove" instructions link or selecting the "Settings" and "Notification Center" uninstall instructions in the Access portion of your device).

WITH WHOM WE SHARE INFORMATION?

- To any third party that provides services related to the operations or promotions of the In House brand or the White Label brands (if applicable);
- To third parties who organise offline events or tournaments on behalf of or in conjunction;
- Hotels and flight companies (such as in the context of offline events and promotions);
- Auditors, contractors or consultants;
- To any third party that investigates, detects, or prevents fraudulent or illegal activity (e.g., government authorities, police, banks, and other investigative organizations);
- Licensing authorities, governmental regulatory bodies, in accordance with applicable law and regulation;
- Potential purchasers or investors of any of the companie or the White Label brands (if applicable), or in the event of a corporate transfer (e.g. sale of a substantial part of the company, merger or merger, reorganisation, bankruptcy, consolidation or sale of assets or transfer thereof in a transaction) in relation to us (in such case, the acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.)
